AuthAnvil Pricing
It all starts with AuthAnvil tokens. These are the devices that generate dynamic one-time passwords (OTPs) for you, and can be in the form of hardware tokens that can be attached to your keyring, or in the form of software tokens that turn your mobile phone into an authentication device. There is a one-time fee for these tokens, and they are sold in packs of five.
- Hardware tokens cost $75.00 each.
- Software tokens cost $50.00 each.
Once you have your authentication devices, you need an ongoing AuthAnvil Software Subscription. You can choose from two options:
- Prepaid subscription: Choose this option to prepay for your subscription each year. Prepaid subscriptions are the equivalent of 12 months of service for 5 users. By purchasing your subscription in advance, you will save 20% off the equivalent Pay-As-You-Go subscription. A prepaid subscription pack costs $50.00 per user per year, sold in packs of five.
- Pay-As-You-Go Subscription: Select this option if you would like to use a Pay-As-You-Go subscription model, charging your credit card at the beginning of each month for your previous month's usage. Every month you will be charged $5.00 for each active user in AuthAnvil.
Your software subscription entitles you to all minor updates and major releases to all our AuthAnvil server and agent software, and gives you the ability to install the software on as many systems as you like. It gives you full online technical support and case management, and offers you live online chat with our customer service representatives as you need it.
If you are a client using Windows Essential Server Solutions, you may elect to purchase RWWGuard to add two-factor authentication directly into Remote Web Workplace for Small Business Server or Essential Business Server. The additional cost for RWWGuard is $250.00 a year.
We typically recommend you also take advantage of our remote Installation Services. For only $150, we will remotely connect to your Windows server and complete the base installation for you!
NOTE: If you decide not to renew your subscription, the software will cease to function when that year's subscription expires. If you use our pay-as-you-go subscription option, your AuthAnvil subscription will be billed to your credit card on a monthly basis, and continue without the need to renew.
