Steps to become an Authorized AuthAnvil Reseller
To become a partner you must FIRST be a client. It is our belief that our partners should eat from the same fruit bowl as their customers, protecting their own infrastructure with the appropriate password management and strong authentication solutions that meets your needs. In our experience, we have found that our best partners are also our best clients. And we feel raising the bar to make that requirement will benefit all our partners, and their clients.
So if you are interested in partnering with us, please follow the 4 easy steps below.
Step 1 – Sign up for an account in the Customer Portal
Head on over to the Scorpion Software Customer Portal and log in. If you are not yet a customer, feel free to sign up for a new account. It’s absolutely free.
Step 2 – Purchase product
Once in the Customer Portal, purchase the solution(s) that fit your own business. You will need to buy a minimum of ten (10) tokens or have 5 seats of the “AuthAnvil Password Solutions” bundle to be considered for the Authorized Reseller Program. We also recommend that you purchase the “Installation Services” option so our Customer Service team can install AuthAnvil for you, and show your team how to best deploy and use our products.
Tip: Start with 10 tokens and get that rolled out. Once you become a partner, you can take advantage of the special partner pricing to get more tokens at a reduced rate. Step 3 – Install product
Install the product! It is a REQUIREMENT to become a partner. You must have 5 seats in use before you will be considered for partner status. Not all have to be at your location, but you must have 5 active users in the subscription system. You may be asked to verify that your installation is properly working before we add the partner privileges to your account.
Step 4 – Request Partner status
You’re almost done! Now send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how you did. Once we confirm that you are ready to go, we will promote your account to Partner status, giving you access to even more information in the Customer Portal, including marketing materials, online training resources and partner logos.
